vegans - Vegans are those people who avoids the use of animals or animals products in any way-be it for food, clothing or for any purpose. Veganism is a philosophy and lifestyle. There can be many reasons for becoming a vegan such as human health, ethical obligations, religious concerns, animal rights or welfare and many more. The ethical question which arises is whether it is ethically right for humans to use the animals or kill them? Most particularly vegans are concerned about animal testing or the practices involved in animal farming. To support the cause of veganism, Vegan advocacy organizations have also been formed. Since a vegan abstains from eating any animal production, proper vegan diets are available which are not only healthy but also satisfy the nutritional requirement of a vegan’s body. These diets offer protection against diseases such as cancer, heart related and many more. If the diet is well-planned it is suitable for every stage of a life cycle including lactation. festivals - Festivals traditionally refer to an event, staged by a local community that centers around some unique aspects of that community. Festivals refer to celebrations or feasts, a time of commemoration. Though the term feast is also used to refer to an elaborate meal, yet when used in the religious sense it often means commemoration of the glory of God or Gods. The term festival is also used in terms of art festival or film festival, however traditionally festival refers to religious festivals only. The Christian liturgical calendar celebrates two important feasts/festivals, popularly known as the Christmas or the Feast of the Nativity of our Lord and Easter or the Feast of Resurrection. There are numerous such feasts in the Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and the Anglican liturgical calendar. Celebrating festivals by the lunar and solar calendars and the change of seasons is also an ancient practice. There are numerous types of festivals in the world. vegetarians - Vegetarianism is the practice of following a plant-based diet including fruits, vegetables, cereal grains, nuts, and seeds, with or without dairy products and eggs. Vegetarians are people who do not eat meat, beef or chicken. They live totally on vegetables and greens. Whatever the case is, they will simply refuse to eat anything except vegetables. Vegetarians do not exist only in human beings but also in animals. Animals which eat only plants, trees and grass are known as vegetarians as well. Some examples are goat, cow and buffalo. Vegetarians does not only mean that these people do not eat anything else except for vegetables but these people include fruits, grains, seeds and nuts in their daily life as well. These people are considered to be the best people with least diseases such as heart disease, blocking or arteries or high blood pressure. Vegetarians do not even eat things extracted from animals such as gelatin and rennet.
